RESERVATION OF POST(CATEGORY WISE) :

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA: 


a) Nationality- Candidates must be Indian citizens, permanent resident of

Assam.

b) Candidates must register his/ her name with a local Employment Exchange in

Assam.

c) Candidates must speak Assamese or any other state language fluently


 AGE: (as on 1st January of 2021)

 18 to 21 years  (i.e. the candidate must be born on before 01.01.2003 and after on 01.01.2000).


 Age Relaxations :


• SC/ST(P)/ST(H)  : 5 years 

• OBC/MOBC : 3 years 

• Sports Person : Additional 3 years


Note: The date of birth accepted by the SLPRB will be as per matriculation oran equivalent examination certificate issued by Govt. recognized Board. No other document relating to age such as horoscope, affidavit, birth extract from Municipal Corporation, Health Department, service record etc. will be accepted.


MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: 

i) H.S.L.C or Equivalent examination passed from a recognised board or Council.


ii) In addition for the post of Constable (nursing), Nursing Diploma Is necessary.


REQUIRED DOCUMENTS :-

c) Passed certificate of HSLC or equivalent examination.

d) Mark sheet of HSLC or equivalent examination.

e) Admit card of HSLC or equivalent examination for proof of Age.

f) Employment Exchange registration number.

g) Certificate of Sports person to avail 5% reservation of posts & age relaxation 

h) Caste Certificate from the Competent Authority. 

i) Permanent Residential Certificate.

j) Transgender Certificate issued by Competent Authority, if any.

k) EWS certificate from Competent Authority, if any.


PHYSICAL STANDARDS:


MEDICAL STANDARDS:

Candidates must not have knocked knee, flat foot or squint eyes, and colour blindness Varicose vein shall be considered as disqualification. They must be in good mental and bodily health. They must be free from any physical deformities and free from diseases such as diabetes, hernia, piles, respiratory diseases or any other ailment that is is likely to interfere with the with the efficient performance of duties. The distant vision should be 6/6 for at least one eye and notpoorerthan6/9fortheother without correction .Near vision should be normal.

• After successful registration candidates will get an Assam Police Recruitment ID. Candidates will have to apply for any posts advertised through SLPRB during the
year 2021-2022 by logging in with this ID.
• Candidates will register their profile in the application portal once for all. However,
the candidature of those candidates will be cancelled who generate multiple
recruitment ID.
